For 10 years, our founder, Anjali Atre, worked closely with the traditional training system. Over time, she started noticing the gaps. The same fixed modules were being used everywhere, whether they fit or not. Trainers were expected to simply deliver, not really think or adapt. And a lot of content looked great on slides but didn’t truly connect with people in the room. That’s when the idea started taking shape. What if training felt more real, more flexible, more human? What if trainers weren’t just delivering sessions but actually designing them based on what the audience needed? That thought led to the start of this journey. The focus was simple: give trainers the space to think, create, and customize. Because when trainers have that freedom, they show up with more energy, more ownership, and a deeper understanding of the people they’re working with. And what this really means is… every session becomes more relevant, more engaging, and more impactful. Because when the trainer is truly involved, participants don’t just attend, they experience and grow.
